This service involves us acting as your Agent for the purpose of liaising with the Sheriff's Office, arranging the services of a Locksmith to re-key and/or change locks and on site attendance at the time of eviction.

The eviction is then observed by our Agent and the re-keying/changing of locks supervised at that time.

A detailed inspection of the property is carried out and a fully computer generated report is provided, setting out room by room details of its condition and/or damage.

Photographs are taken throughout the inspection and are supplied to Clients with the report prepared and keys which are clearly labelled with address and door(s) to which they relate.

We also have a strict/prompt reporting time frame of three (3) working days from the date of the eviction taking place.
